You MUST have an application on file to pick up.

If you don’t have an application on file: Please be prepared to complete the application before you receive diapers.

You will get the family card once you have verified your info.

****You will only be allowed to pick up for one family. You will not be able to pick up for yourself and another family. We apologize for the inconvenience and we understand that issues arise. When giving for multiple families to one person, it reduces what we have for families who actually come in person.****
