Bottoms Up Diaper Bank Receives Walmart Spark Good Grant to Support Diaper Distribution
Tuscaloosa, AL – May 13, 2025 – Bottoms Up Diaper Bank is proud to announce it has been awarded a “Walmart Spark Good grant” to support its mission of providing clean, dry diapers to families in need. This funding will directly enhance Bottoms Up’s diaper distribution efforts across the community, helping ensure that no baby goes without the essentials.
1 in 2 U.S. families struggles to afford diapers – a basic necessity for infant health and hygiene. With the support of Walmart, Bottoms Up is better equipped to meet this urgent need and bring relief to families facing diaper insecurity.
“We are incredibly grateful to Walmart for recognizing the critical need for diapers and for supporting our efforts to serve families with dignity and care,” said Danielle Lee, Founder of Bottoms Up Diaper Bank. “This grant will help us provide diapers and baby essentials to families and fill a gap that too often goes unnoticed.”
The Walmart Spark Good grant is part of Walmart’s commitment to strengthening local communities through targeted support for nonprofit organizations addressing essential needs.
This grant was received from store number 2500, Walmart Neighborhood Market Place Hwy 69.
